At Kdei Karuna, our people are at the heart of our work. We look for skilled, motivated individuals who want to help our programs — and our communities — grow. We invest in our team: staff are encouraged and supported to pursue professional development, including training abroad.

We also welcome volunteers and interns with professional experience in fundraising, communications, or data entry and management. The people who thrive with us bring specific expertise, share it generously, and enjoy working as part of a team. A minimum commitment of three months is required.
